This all started a somber day in the life of a 34 year old wife/mom. Yes, I’m a wife mom. I was tired of the same old flank steak recipe I usually exhausted which is a delicious dish from Ecuador called lomito saltado.

BUT this isn’t about that dish. This is about ANOTHER dish we have added to the list of recipes that I shant forget. It’s just that good.
This flank steak is probably one of the most sweetest, zingiest, tastiest things I have ever tried. It made a bland flat steak become something I could not stop devouring. What a beautiful find on a somber day.
